Since 12/31/24, I have been attempting to reach Erica Cooke at the office via email regarding escrow funds that were being held to make a payment. I asked for receipts of payments for my records and have yet to receive a response from anyone in the office. I have also called and left a message after being told she was in a meeting. That message has been left unreturned. I am starting to think that I need to file a formal complaint. I would not recommend this office due to lack of proper communication.

I highly recommend Peniston Deason law firm. They were very attentive to my situation and really went the extra mile the entire time we worked together. Everyone that I encountered in the office was polite and professional. Although this office is very busy, they give you the personal touch that makes you feel like you are their only client.
