I got to know Dr. Richard A Papa in Ft Campbell Ky. He was the Chief of Pediatrics, I was blessed to have him as my sons Dr. He is very well trained as a pedriatritian, and as a Dr. in general. As a human beeing the best, I really think the Lord gave him all his knoledge to save lives of little angels like my son.
