Rude and unprofessional! They hung up on me because the lady didn't want to help me.
Dr Krantz has many years of experience and it shows! He had my extremely bad cavity, from a lost filling, drilled, filled and finished in under a half hour with NO pain! He is kind and doesn't talk down to you. He explains everything with medical terms and treats you like an intelligent person. I am impressed with this dentist!
