Worst place to even look for help. I called because I had questions regarding a civil matter and this old man said to leave it alone and let it be. That there was no point in having a restraining order against the other person even thought the other person is violent. He did not care about what I had to say and hung up on me. Very rude and definitely would not recommend this place at all.

I don’t recommend this attorney. I got a referral through Smartlaw for him. He showed no empathy and weren’t helpful at all—it was a waste of time. They weren’t even willing to help. Also he was rude to speak to. After that, I spoke to another attorney who was very helpful and even gave advice for free.

Personally, I did not like how I was treated with this attorney. I was cut off very quickly and with no empathy. I spoke with another attorney who was much easier to have rapport with and who gave me some good ideas and options to work with.

Richard A. Cherry has been working with my parents for the last decade on a legal case. In that decade he has failed to adequately represent them and has prolonged the case tremendously. In that decade my parents have had to pay out of pocket fees for interpreters and his time, which is deemed useless throughout the lawsuit. His “representation” has caused a strain in my parents pockets and the case has remained the same. He is hard to reach and an inadequate lawyer through my parents and my experience.
