Dr Cain diagnosed my pain quickly and did a great job on my torn meniscus. I'm sure he's a great guy but his bedside manner is a little lacking. Day of surgery- verified my name and wrote on my bad knee and left. (felt like a number) I didn't see him after surgery, no explanation on what was done and what to do next. His staff gave me an unreadable piece of paper with PT at home (I had to google the exercises), and photos. I called his office, no response.
