A 2:30 appointment. Brought to room at 3:30. Sat and waited with shoes off for another 45 minutes. It's now 4:20. Payed them 25.00 in cash for a missed appointment, never seen, and left. Not going back.

Very disturbing experience. Overall unprofessional and unethical. Tried to pay co-pay when I checked in of $40. Like others have said waited 90 minutes. Too many foot x-rays taken. I was wearing brand new $170. Hoka Bondi running shoes and brought another pair of new New Balance that I thought might be giving me a bunion. Dr. Armstrong told the nurse to cut 2 pairs. It seems to me that the theme here is the “ WAIT “, yes the wait can be long at times but in my opinion, I would rather wait for a Doctor that takes his time, is thorough and explains everything and any questions that you might have. I think deep down, we are all tired of getting rushed, not listened to or ignored but when it comes to your health, sit back, relax and enjoy the ride, it will be over too soon.
