Dr. Richa has been a life saver. I am so appreciative to have access to a doctor that cares and listens. I truly feel like she cares about my health improving.
It is 4:31 am (10/1/25) as I type this review! A darn shame I woke up with this so heavy on mind and heart. Approximately 8 weeks ago (I stopped counting), I got a referral to Dr. Gupta's office and not only have I not heard back, but the physician's office hasn't either!! Talking about angry!!!!!!! No one responded to a phone call and I was unable to leave a voice message. What kind of business are y'all running?????? I’m giving the 2 stars because Dr Gupta was very nice. However the front staff was terrible. The communication was terrible. Trying to reach the office via phone, email or the Memorial portal was pointless. I left several messages over a weeks time and got absolutely zero response. Truly unbelievable. I’m looking for a new RA doctor.
I saw Dr. Gupta today for a new patient appointment. She was very thorough, and appreciated the timeline of my medical events over the past year I presented to her. This was one of the first specialists I’ve seen that hasn’t been dismissive of my signs and symptoms, and for that, I’m truly thankful. I have faith that she will help figure out what is going on with me medically.
