Friendly, helpful, patient! Very competitive prices as well! Our new washer/dryer set was delivered an hour after we bought it! Free delivery & setup!
Bought a new fridge from Rich's and it was delivered on a Friday. We had issues with it not cooling so I called them on Monday and left a message and they called me 5 minutes after they opened and said they would take care of it that day. Within 3 hours I had another brand new fridge and it works great. Thank you Rich's for being hometown friendly.
