We just had Rich's Tree Service out today to do a pretty extensive cut-back on trees that are hanging over our house from our neighbor's yard. They did a wonderful job and were professional, knowledgeable, timely and cleaned up beautifully after the work was done. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for some trees in our yard that are diseased.
Very bad experience…an issue they repeatedly ignored and left unaddressed. After 3 months, an emotional nightmare, and my threat that I would take action against them, the issue was resolved. I hired a different company to complete the job. I will not use this company again!
