There is a reason these people always have cheap units available. Don’t expect them to cover ANY maintenance on the 20+ year old AC units, rusted out swamp coolers, plumbing, or even old light fixtures that constant blow out the ballast… If your AC unit goes out they’ll just stick a window unit in your wall and call it done.
