I have been a customer of MJ's since I moved to Simi Valley in 1998. I think sometimes we fail to write reviews for our regular haunts but after my meal this weekend I felt compelled to do this one. His food is so consistent, which is really one of my pet peeves with restaurants today. Many times I believe this is because the ingredients are not top notch. MJ has always used the finest ingredients in his cooking and you truly can taste the difference in his Thai cuisine and others in Simi.
Thai iced tea. Tom kha gai. Pad see yoo. Add in the best restaurant owner around and you'll never go anywhere else for Thai ever again!
One of my favorite places! Don't take offense to the owner he has his way of doing things and may come off harsh but he is a sweetheart! And the food speaks for itself ♡☆♡☆♡☆
