Was lied to from the receptionist. Then was charged extra money that I was not told about on the front end. Poor communication within the company that I got the short stick on! I had paperwork that they did my houses roof b4 I moved in, so I called and the receptionist said they did and was going to send someone out to look at it. After they fixed the roof, they sent me an invoice.
