Dr Rich is a great doctor I feel comfortable with him . He has a great bed side manner . He’s very knowledgeable in his field
I have some problems with my experience at this doctor's office. I called my insurance to help me make an appointment with a psychiatrist who was covered and they recommended this doctor. The office admins did minimal work to verify my insurance. They told me AFTER my appointment was over that they didn't take my insurance and they charged me $200. I felt like I had just got scammed.
