I highly recommend Rich Perea and his PDS team to anyone dealing with any difficult insurance claim. After significant water damage to our home in the South Bay, the mitigation process with the insurance company went relatively smoothly—until we reached the rebuilding phase. Our home had a bad water pipe leak that caused a lot of damage . We were getting a lot of push back from our home owners insurance in regards to helping with damages and repairs. We were left with no running showers in our home for a little over 3 months .
