I just closed on my first home and Rich was very helpful throughout the entire process. He addressed concerns I had and clarified the assumable loan process. I had questioned the roof integrity because we had just received a hail storm. Rich got with the sellers realtor and and got them to get an inspection started. Roof was fine but they were able to repair a fence panel. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and dependable realtor then give Rich a chance to find your new home.
