Rich gets a 5+++. He’s a very personable guy who set us up to succeed from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable, giving great advice on the market and pricing, as well things to do around the house to really make it shine. He was proactive with open houses and getting the word out, all of which worked! We had three offers within the first week or two. Couldn’t be happier with our choice!!!
