Went as a walk in and my experience was far from what was expected. Right off the bat, when me and my sister walked in the vibe was off. Nobody spoke and greeted us, they just stared. After an awkward silence someone finally spoke up asking if we had an appointment. Being that the site says they accept walks in, we didn’t. I have now visited RICH for two appointments. I have concluded that I love the esthetic, atmosphere and black ownership of the salon. My nail tech Tori has been most welcoming and attentive to my requests. I only have two cons; the à la carte way of booking services can become pricey and I have had to go without a few “add ons” because of the rise in cost. Secondly, I’m not a fan of how pedicures are done. I’m an athlete and I put a lot of miles on my feet and unfortunately I can’t afford all the extras it would cost to get ... read more
I had the best experience today at Rich Nails & Lounge! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Terri did my nails and pedi, and she was absolutely amazing. My nails turned out beautiful I couldn’t be happier with the results! I can’t recommend Rich Nails & Lounge enough. If you’re looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!
