Avoid this dealership. Their service manager (Matt) refuses to respond to emails and texts. Claims he will follow up and never does. They will try passing you off to the Catonsville dealership for any service needs.
I was there for a 5k Oil change service. The booking process was easy. Check-in was flawless. I really like the fact that they give me a video review of everything they're doing to my car. And you can't beat the upstairs lounge with leather recliners so you can relax while you're waiting for the service to be done.
