I was in to look at a Mazda3 hatchback after a really negative experience at another dealership. Rich was great; he helped me along through my first car-buying experience. He sat and chatted with us between going back to the finance folks to get my interest rate sorted out, and it seemed like he genuinely wanted to look out for us and make sure I got the car I needed.
Friendly and professional. Honest concern heard while in service department louge area by the service manger to the client. Lady was told by another repair shop she needed major work done. Service Mgr said before you spend any money give me till 3 today to figure out the issue. I liked that he cared.
Bought my car in June. They failed to do my tags. Sent the check for the tags to the wrong address. The ac compressor blew two days after purchases and front axel broke shortly after. I’m now waiting on the oil change for 3 hours! Do not recommend. Bob bell care was a lot more efficient then this place.
Stopped in to check out a 09 Ford Mustang Shelby gt 500. Great looking car. Price was ok. Test drove it. Shook my teeth out of my head. The clutch and/or flywheel is bad. I own a transmission shop so I know what a bad clutch feels like. They said it had a new clutch and wouldn't fix it or take any money off the car. I priced the clutch n flywheel at the dealership. $2700 + 1000 labor. $30,000 Car with a bad clutch. Not very professional. Buyers beware

Bought a 2013 mazdaspeed3 here that was certified pre owned. Got it home to find out that the fog light bezel was broke and that the windshield was replaced with a non Mazda windshield that was incorrect for my car. The sensor for the auto wipers was also not on the windshield with the connector tucked up under the headliner. This does not allow my wipers to work on intermittent mode which is required for md inspection. They didn't want to own up to it and fix the issue properly. Very bad experience buying a car here.
