If I could give them 0 stars I would! Put an offer on their Prius V on eBay and they deleted the item. Drove to the dealership to buy it and he said it was 20k and refused to knock any more than $300 off even tho it was STILL listed as 13k on their website! How do you make a $7000 error? TWICE!?!? Got the "3 silver cars you win $5,000" cash mailer. It very clearly says "you win" if you match any 3 same color cars, NOT you win if you match 3 of the same color and your code matches the one on top of the car at the dealership. Very deceptive.
I got the deceptive mailer as well. When I went to claim the prize the manager tried to point out the "fine print." Of course the fine print on the mailer doesn't actually say, if you get 3 cars in a row you didn't actually win unless the numbers match. He even tried to say that the three silver cars didn't mean I won $5000 because there was a space. Any business that would try to lure customers with such deceptive practices should not be trusted. Deceptive marketing tactics. Got a flier claiming that I was a winner. Did a little research to find out what was really going on. Google money carlo match to win Do you really want to trust a dealer that uses these kinds of tactics?
Absolutely great experience overall. Friendly staff and very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to buy a new or used car! Great selection of vehicles.
