They did me right 18 yrs ago. I found a PO slip under my carpet during a sewer line replacement. Rich Montgomery installed some beautiful carpet for me in 2001. I remember him calling it a nice hunk of rug. And poking fun at me for installing such a rug in my Southside home. It was beautiful, even after 18yrs. First off, they made an appointment for between 0900-1100. The measurer called up at 1102 according to the call log and proceeded to tell me that my clock was wrong. When I told him that since I heard nothing from him, and I needed to go back to work since I took the morning off waiting on him, he told me that according to his clock, he still had time before 1100.
