Rich was a perfect fit for our family as we searched for almost 8 months for a new home. Rich has such a wonderful demeanor - he is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and general home ownership/the buying process and could always answer our questions (and we had a million of them). He was flexible, kind, fun to walk through homes with, and always responsive no matter when we needed to chat. If we buy another home in the future, he will be the first one we call and the first I’ll recommend to my friends and family.

Trying to find a house in one of the most challenging times in the market was no small feat. Rich was a pleasure to work with and catered to our every need.
