I personally don't feel as if they care about their drivers, they are unorganized, and they take forever to get you a load after you drop one.

They dont give enough miles to keep drivers. Their new phone systems a joke. Owner Operators get treated like company drivers, and its ALL forced dispatch.
Great place to work. New trucks, good pay, good miles, and good home time. What more can a truck driver ask for? Plus everyone in the offices that I have met are wonderful people. I am glad I joined the team.
