We were first time home buyer and Rich was very helpful the whole way through, even when we got discouraged in this market Rich would just say “I’m going to find you your home” and he did, we found the best home that checked all of our boxes. I highly recommend Rich and his team for all of your real estate needs and their in house financing is the best. Melissa was able to get us approved after 2 no’s and always made herself available for all of my question. Hands down best experience.

Rich came in last minute and put us in contact with a very helpful mortgage officer and together they walked us through every step of the way. Answered all texts and calls when we had so many questions. Him and the loan company helped us tremendously last minute when our landlord wanted to sell the house my family and I were renting last minute.
