TLDR: I had a problem, and instead of a solution, I got a bill for no services rendered. I had a leaking sink. The person comes out, on Monday, and it turns out that the job was bigger than I knew. They had budgeted 1 1/2 hours, but they couldn't stay for the 2-3 hours the job would require, as they had another stop. Okey Dokey. There was also mold up under the sink as a result of the leak.
