I went to Pika Pika Salon today and I’m beyond happy with the service. The stylist, Young, was amazing!!! she was so patient and really listened to every detail I shared. My hair had been very damaged from a bleaching I did last December and from a bad haircut I got elsewhere. I told her I wanted a shorter style that would also complement my face shape, and she absolutely nailed it. I completely trusted her and loved the result. Several years ago, my best friend received an awful haircut that made her cry.. They refused to give her a refund initially, and we left. Then, I left a Google review that explained the situation. They reached out and asked her to come back, where we were pulled into a storage room and yelled at for the review, and said if she didn't like the haircut, she should have told them, and that if we wanted the refund, I would need to remove or alter the Google review which i did so she would get her money back and never received he... read more

So sad :( I’ve been coming here for years and recommended countless friends and family here, but I can’t come back to whoever is running the store now. Whoever cut my hair last didn’t understand my hair at all and cut it into a very unflattering shape. Asian hair is thick and needs to be thinned at the ends, but she didn’t do that properly.
