Overall poor craftsmanship on the hardwood floors installed by Rich Gatto. I called Rich back after the work was completed for warranty work and he would not return my calls. After finally talking to his wife he agreed to come out to look at his work. I showed him the large gaps in the floors and his response was to fix it yourself with wood filler. Rich does not stand behind his work and I can't recommend him.
