Since we purchased our vehicle at Rich Ford and were under a vehicle warranty with them, we have taken the car in for regular maintenance. All of the staff have been friendly and have done their best to make sure all of our issues were taken care of.

I could rate ***** at 6 stars - or even more. She knows her job and her customer skills are amazing. Even though I have to drive 3 hours, instead of using my local dealer I will return for servicing because of her. She is a most valuable asset at Rich Ford.

They broke my car while working on it so you think I would write a negative review but they were courteous, apologized, order the part and had it fixed the next day. They kept in contact with me and fixed the mistake. I appreciated the honesty and prompt repair during these supply shortage times. I was grateful They were able to get the part!

My poor car couldn't be fixed so they referred me to the Sales ***** and the next evening I was in another vehicle on my way home! Thanks to **** and ***** for giving me all the help and time I needed and answering ALL my many questions to the end.
