Dr. Rich is a wonderful doctor. He successfully operated on my neck twice and helped to restore feeling and strength to my hands. He was easy to communicate with and good at explaining the cause of my troubles. I personally appreciated the fact that he took a conservative approach to resolve my issues.

Dr. Rich was awesome. He clearly discussed my options and gave a solid recommendation for surgery. He performed a Bilateral Foraminotomy at L3,L4 & L5 and a Left Hemilaminotomy also at L3,L4 & L5. I awoke from surgery without pain (other than at the surgical site itself). It's been nearly 2 years since that surgery and I've been able to resume an active lifestyle that includes skiing & hiking. I would most definitely consult with him again, should the need arise. I highly recommend Dr. Rich.

Receive care from if you expect a surgeon who is a coward and barely prescribes needed pain medication in post op care. He then refuses any contact from his staff or patients after leaving them in agony. I had to discharge myself early with medications that were virtually useless to me.

Excellent doctor. He was recommended by a nurse at the hospital because he has excellent success ratio. I had 4 discs fused and he did a great job. His PA, David Kotter, is also warm, friendly and kind. I received excellent care. I waited 4 painful months for an appointment but it was worth it. My surgery was 100% successful.
