Probably better to flip burgers then to work here. Starting pay is pretty much what you make at McDonald's. Bosses dont care much about what's happening as long as your job is getting done. If you dont suck up to management amd have friends in high places I would also kiss your chances of moving up down the drain.
Work here. It's a decent farmers owned business to work for. The job can be difficult at times but for the most part it is pretty easy going as long as you do your job. Higher ups are good with their bonuses and C.O.L.A. but when approached by lower staff their retort is we should be doing 5 to 10 times the amount of work that our job description says and be grateful we make what we do because it could be less.
