They deserve NO STARS. My recent experience was to say at the very least unpleasant. Felt as if I was just another soul to fleece for the afternoon. They claim they will buy your vehicle. I went to sell an extra car. They looked at me like I was from a third world country. LOW BALLED MY CAR. WALKED OUT. DO NOT EVER GO TO RICE TOYOTA FOR ANYTHING. NOT EVEN AIR FOR YOUR TIRES. DISGUSTED.....
