I have purchased my last 2 cars here. They do treat you right.
DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. OVER 4 HOURS FOR AN INSPECTION AND NO RESOLUTION TO A WIRING ISSUE THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE ALREADY FIXED. By far the absolute worst service. My fiance's 2017 Tacoma shut down in the middle of the road due to wiring issues. We have had the truck less than a year. It was taken to THIS dealership for service where it took two weeks for them to figure out the wiring issue. The Greensboro Rice team dept for service and parts were outstanding. They gave an honest evaluation of our newly bought 2016 Rav 4. Asley Sidney and Matt were excellent and professional. I am new to Greensboro coming from Ga. Rice Toyota has my business and confidence in a job well done.
