Wonderfully Refreshing! – From my first phone call I knew I would not be disappointed. Paul Chanthaphone was the salesperson to whom I was connected. In talking with him I was assured that I would be able to find the right car for my son. The people there were courteous, professional, and answered all questions openly. I believe the people running this establishment to be honest and willing to go out of their way to make sure customers get a fair deal.

Outstanding experience with Jorge on the service drive! – When I pulled into the service drive yesterday with no appointment, from out of town, 1st visit, I was met by Jorge who met me on the drive. I thought I had several dashboard lights that were lit, signaling that I had a problem somewhere on my car. Friendly Service – Took my Camry in for a clunking sound in the trunk. The diagnostician who called after they'd examined the car was thorough in explaining what they thought the problem was and why they were recommending certain repairs. Also said he would try to get me a discount on certain items. When I picked the car up, super-friendly service. Love my Tundra!!! – I found the car I wanted on their website and emailed their internet team about specifics. They responded to my email right away with a personal response not some automatic reply and we agreed on price before I ever drove to Greensboro. I live a few hours away and wasn't planning on making a trip to a dealership until price was agreed upon.
