Xanax pill mill. I almost died from withdrawals from the wrong medication while under the care of this so called "doctor".
DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! Dr. Rice is, most certainly, NOT "accepting NEW patients". In fact, even if you once WERE under his care, the likelihood of getting a face-to-face appointment with ANY actual PHYSICIAN at V.S.&A. will only land you across a small desk from a NURSE PRACTITIONER. So, for all of you who either cannot afford BC/BS of Memphis, or TN, keep on searching... One could pay for an appointment to see Dr. Rice, or any other of the M.D.'s there using CASH, & they'd still turf you to a NP.
Dr Rice as it turned out was not even attentive to my situation. Prescribing the wrong medication could have resulted in me killing myself or someone else. It did land me in jail. I was proven innocent because of the mix of medications Dr Rice had me on. He never acknowledged any responsibility. I heard this was not the first time at all. I can't believe he can still practice. Do not see this man if you need help.
