I rented an RV for a 4 day weekend getaway with my family. They were very friendly, I am definitely going back on our next vacation. A little FYI I did not know until after, if you're going somewhere local he will drop off the trailer or RV for you at the campsite.
The true measure of any business is the quality of people that choose to work there. I have no doubt that employees at Rice could be considered an All-Star team. Joe the mechanic well over 25 years of experience and is clearly confident to diagnosis or repair any RV concern. Dan wants to keep customers satisfied, we are new RV owners (first-time) who bought a 14 year old RV and Dan graciously responded to and repaired our little concerns until we were completely satisfied.
