If you are unsanitary, irresponsible and need a place to stay you will love these people. If you are an owner, expect your buildings to be filled with sloppy, defiant tenants. If you are a service provider, expect to be put in the middle of some bad dysfunctional situations with the chances of getting paid being slim to none. I say none of this out of spite, just to save some nice people from coming into harms way.
They help me at a time I need but every place I rented from them can with RATS or BEAVERS I moved from one place to get away from the other animals but there was always more at the new location they didn’t want to fix anything and my time to move away from them they sent me a bill saying I had to pay for cleaning the unit how when I have OCD and that place was clean when I left I just pray she stays afloat
