I called Rice Plumbing, and when they arrived, they managed to get the job done in less than an hour. They did struggle for a bit due to the clean out was under the house, but still managed to fix the plumbing pretty quick. I highly recommend them.

They can stop using my time and money and fix the problem. Called to have my septic tank cleaned out, told them I was not sure where lid was. He dug 2 holes and stayed away from where I thought the lid was for 2 1/2 hours. Finally called someone who came with a underground camera and found lid in 10 minutes. Didn't offer to clean out lines. Didn't show me the roots he said were there but said I'd probably need a new tank and drain field which he would install for $8000.00 to $10,000.00. About a week ago, we had a stopped up bathroom sink and called Rice Plumbing. . They always call before they come out and in no time at all they had the sink unplugged, but they also found that our toilet was loose so they fixed that. Just when we thought everything was done, they discovered that when the bathroom sink is turned on,, water leaks out on the floor between the sink and the toilet. We needed our faucets replaced in our bathtub. Water dripped continuously and we saw the great reviews for Rice Plumbing. They just left this morning and they were very professional and got the job done not only in less time than we expected, but didn't have to do the extensive work behind our bath room tile like another plumber told us would have to be done. I am very satisfied with Rice Plumbing. I called them yesterday early morning fully expecting a day or two wait But... by early afternoon that very same day my drains were good to go. One day service ya cant get better than that.I have called Rice Plumbing before (some time ago) and its great to know that the professional standards, friendly staff and same excellent service continues.
