I feel bad for the one-star experiences. I didn't receive anything but professional service and care. Mom had her service here, and last month my wife had hers. expedient and professional, nothing short of that. They displayed care and understanding. If you need a place to have a service, not intending to sound dark or anything, use Lighthouse on Torrance Blvd. Exemplary.

The customer service was good. My complaint was that my mother didn't look as expected. I specifically requested that her hair and makeup be a certain way. When I showed up to do a final inspection and was throughly disappointed. I had to do my mother's hair and makeup. I'd added a flower to her hair for the final touch. I have before and after pictures. She looked much better and then I was satisfied. It was very hard for me to do this much. I wanted her to be pretty during this difficult time.
