As of this July 2025, I have been very happy with Kindercare. My oldest daughter started when she was 1 year old in January of 2024, I was pleased with the staff and the director at the time (Director Ebone and teacher Ms. Kristen). When the director left and a new one stepped in around March that year, things did not go well and I considered leaving when I went on maternity leave in May 2024. This daycare is a nurturing and safe environment. My child is always happy to go and learn new things.The staff is incredibly caring and attentive. I feel confident leaving my child in their care. I highly recommend this daycare. The teachers are wonderful, and my child is thriving.The facility is clean, well-organized, and has a great playground. The staff goes above and beyond to create a positive learning experience for the children.
What I would like to change is , I wish some of the teachers would pay more attention to the kids leaving at drop off , Some of the time I have picked up my child or a family member has picked up my child, and the teacher doesn’t even look up to see who left or who my child left with And I think that could be pretty dangerous. But other than that, I think my son is happy being there, which is always a great sign . I am using my amendment of free speech here…. I loved morgan, and a few other teachers but when my god baby went into a certain teachers room she started to change and not for the good. I witnessed many incidents with a teacher and my godbaby. My godbaby started yelling at her toy babys, being violent with her toys, scream and cry and not wanting to be going to daycare. Ms. Ebone is a wonderful director. Along with Ms. Morgan and Ms. CC , I truly love this center and the only one my child has attended . I’m very grateful for all the work Ms. Ebone has put in since she has been at the center .
