As of this July 2025, I have been very happy with Kindercare. My oldest daughter started when she was 1 year old in January of 2024, I was pleased with the staff and the director at the time (Director Ebone and teacher Ms. Kristen). When the director left and a new one stepped in around March that year, things did not go well and I considered leaving when I went on maternity leave in May 2024. This daycare is a nurturing and safe environment. My child is always happy to go and learn new things.The staff is incredibly caring and attentive. I feel confident leaving my child in their care. I highly recommend this daycare. The teachers are wonderful, and my child is thriving.The facility is clean, well-organized, and has a great playground. The staff goes above and beyond to create a positive learning experience for the children.
What I would like to change is , I wish some of the teachers would pay more attention to the kids leaving at drop off , Some of the time I have picked up my child or a family member has picked up my child, and the teacher doesn’t even look up to see who left or who my child left with And I think that could be pretty dangerous. But other than that, I think my son is happy being there, which is always a great sign . I am using my amendment of free speech here…. I loved morgan, and a few other teachers but when my god baby went into a certain teachers room she started to change and not for the good. I witnessed many incidents with a teacher and my godbaby. My godbaby started yelling at her toy babys, being violent with her toys, scream and cry and not wanting to be going to daycare.
