I have always been terrified of the dentist. This was my first visit in 2 years. Whenever I have visited the dentist before pain management was always an issue. Not this time! When I found out I had to have 2 crowns I thought I was going to "freak out". Dr. Rice and her staff have been excellent. I no longer need valium or nitrous oxide. Dr. Rice and staff made me feel so comfortable. They are the most amazing office I've been to in all my 43 years.I had been told by another dentist that I had to have all of my teeth pulled and a full upper denture, so I went to Dr. Rice for a second opinion. Her staff did a gum test, x-rays, and consulted in doing a bridge and gum treatment. My teeth look amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Rice for anyone for the mere fact of the entire staff being so caring and wonderful! I thank all of you!
I just wanted to write a quick note about how thrilled I am about my splint. I certainly did not want to spend the money, but after 4 crowns I could not ignore the need any longer. At first it was awkward sleeping with something in my mouth. I didn't even want to try. I thought at the age of 78, I was pretty much done with much dental work. Sad to say I found out I needed several crowns because of work done years ago would not allow me to whiten my teeth. Dr. Rice did four hours of work in one day and I expected to be very sore and hurting for a few days. I did not have to take any medication for pain and the next day I felt great. I was pleasantly surprised.
I was skeptical at first thinking why do I need to have this Rotadent toothbrush. But after a week of using it, I really could tell a difference. After using the Rotadent brush every morning instead of my normal brush I felt like I had just gotten a cleaning from the dentist’s office! The Rotadent helped to restore the health of my teeth and gums and I’m glad that my dentist recommended the brush to me. It really turned out to be a great investment!
