I have done business at Rice Jewelry since they opened their doors! I have alway's had friendly service! The Jewelry is beautiful and timeless! I would recommend anyone to do business here!
Having a close friend tell me this is where he purchased his wife's ring, and how great the service was I was happy to try it out. I purchased a ring for 2,400 dollars about 3 months. 3 weeks after I bought it I found out I was cheated on for a long period of time. I called the owner and asked if I could drive the 5 hours back there to return for a refund and was shocked to here her say they don't give refunds.
