Rice Estates Rehabilitation. I am not going to lie my mom was difficult because of her dementia. And the staff did a wonderful job at containing her. Mom could walk with a walker. However, Rice Estate rehabilitation refused to give her the walker to get around. They only allowed her to scoot around in a wheelchair, unless she was doing her rehabilitation.
Excellent care! Staff is very professional, attentive, kind and great Teamwork! Physical Therapy, etc wonderl! Thank you Rice Estate for your Loving Care for my family!
I give 5 stars to Rice Estate with confidence! Rice Estate is the third Assisted Living facility that my parents have lived in. The other two promised the moon and delivered extremely poor care. Rice is the opposite. Night and day difference! Most residents keep their doors open and the staff keep very close eyes on everyone in their care. Do not let your loved ones go here, the staff does not care at all, they are PURE LAZY, they don’t answer call button….allow your loved ones to sit in urine and feces all day. There needs to be an investigation into this place it is pure negligent.
