Do not let your loved ones go here, the staff does not care at all, they are PURE LAZY, they don’t answer call button….allow your loved ones to sit in urine and feces all day. There needs to be an investigation into this place it is pure negligent.
My mother was at that place. This place is horrible. They need to shut it down.
I was there for 2 and a 1/2 weeks recently left, had 2 broken legs, and I will tell you this facility is immaculate to keep it like a museum, and the whole facility is just clean, it smells good, shiny. The food I will tell you right now. You're going to get 3 hot meals a day. If you have a certain request, you simply ask, and they will go out of their way to get it.. Rice Estates Independent Living has had a great reputation in the Columbia area for years. We were fortunate to get my Mom moved in recently. The experience has been as wonderful as we all expected.
