Our water heater needed to be replaced. I never would have thought to call Rice’s but after several attempts to get a local plumber out a friend recommended I try them. So glad I did!! They were so wonderful; friendly and knowledgeable. Calvin was at my home until 8:00 at night replacing the unit. So appreciative of the quality of work and customer service!
Most affordable bid. But even if it was not, the fact the owner came out for the bid and HAND DELIVERED the bid the next evening made the biggest impression. While we cannot afford the AC right now, We will use them for the furnace replacement. Calvin also showed me the cracks in the firebox whereas the other 3 popular companies in the local area only said it had them.
I called this morning because our a.c. pooped out this weekend hoping to get someone here today to check it out knowing we are about to have a massive heat wave.... not only did they get me in today Bill was an hour early and had my a.c. up and running in 30 minutes!!! I am so amazed!! Thanks!!!
Vern went to our house, He fixed it and did maintenance on the A/C. Excellent service. Great Experience. Thanks.
