I have to say it is a unhappy shopping experience. We went the Tingalpa shop on 29 Dec 2019. We purchased 5 items by pointing the display item in the shop. We stood in front of the item next to the dining table that we would like to purchase with sales person and pointed the "buffet" we liked to order several times. But when the sales person made the order and made it was the entertainment unit and we thought the item name was "entertainment unit" so we paid it. Every time I walk into the store at To falls I feel immediately calm and relaxed. It’s so beautiful and the staff are always so helpful and friendly.
