Fue mi primera vez en esta clínica y quedé encantada, son súper amables todas las chicas, llegué tarde porque me equivoqué de clínica y estuvieron siempre al pendiente de mí con llamadas, una vez en el lugar me atendieron sin problemas, son muy lindas, mi cita fue con la nutrióloga y es muy profesional, amable y atenta. Gracias!!!!!
I always get in and out quickly and get great care. Nurse Eladia and Dr.Perez are amazing and really helped me get some difficult health issues under control.
Never go here. I've been going for the past 4 months ths and ended up almost dying in the ICU because this doctor here only cares about her patients doing yoga which i can't do and I tried explaining this to her 3 times. I ended up with pancreatitis because of extremely high triglycerides and cholesterol and she said I was fine and didn't need medication for my ridiculously high numbers. Never go here
This should have been a quick, straightforward one-visit process, but instead it’s turned into the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a doctor’s office. The front desk and outsourced call center have made repeated mistakes, each pointing the finger at the other with no accountability. While I’ve been extremely ill, it’s taken more than 3 weeks past my original appointment just to get referred to a specialist. Excellent staff at this clinic, from the ladies at the front desk who are very friendly, to the nurse Brenda who assisted me today, she is very professional and attentive. In general, all the nurses are great. My respects to Dr. Diana, she is very professional and warm with her patients. This is the best clinic I have ever attended.
