If you are ordering food to go, give yourself at least an hour before you attempt to pick it up. For some reason they tell folks their food will be ready in 15 min., but they know good and well that's not true. LIES don't make good business! It seems like they would rather be honest instead of having angry customers demanding their money back. We won't be going back!!!
We always get takeout and food is always fresh and hot when we get home! ;-) great job Rice Box staff!
My wife and I were at the clarksville rice box. It had the best food that we have had in a long time.
I loved this place so much, but it has changed. I also just discovered there is no longer online ordering which was very convenient for ordering from my desk at work. The last time I got sushi here it was literally just filled with soggy tempura... I really miss the way it was, I was a regular. :(
