Recently had a fairly bad accident which was very stressful. The insurance company and rental car company had a mix up and tried to charge me for the rental car. Rice cleared up the confusion without me having to personally do anything extra, dealt directly with the insurance company, and had my car back to me within a week even with extensive damage. The whole process was so much less stressful than I thought because they took care of everything and my car is good as new. Thank you!!
Did a great job, and they were wonderful to deal with.
My son has had nothing but TROUBLE from them. Has had to take his car back 4 times for a rear ending collision. they left one side of the trunk higher, which could have caused water to leak into the truck, they didn't fix all of the scratches from the accident, the last time he took it to them to have everything fixed, wouldn't you know the back speakers don't work and his back up camera is not working.
