This attorney botched my post decree matters. Made elementary grammatical errors that ended up being time consuming. Appeared to be unprepared for court proceedings. Needless to say, we did not win. I absolutely regret using Ms. Rice.
Atty. Rice is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. She makes mistakes in the legal documents all the time and never seemed to be prepared for court. It seems like she continued to drag out the case (my guess is for addtl. attorney fees). Atty. Rice lacks integrity and was not responsive to emails/phone calls. The most disturbing part, was the lack of regard for the minor child in the case. I am not sure how she sleeps at night. Worked with Ashonta she was very pleasant each visit did a great job in court and I would have highly recommended her my only issue is I’m not sure how long attorneys are supposed to keep files but had to call her after 6 years because my husband’s ex-wife calls out of the blue saying they weren’t divorced I called her office left two messages when someone called me back I had to again explain the situation which I did then she tells me to go on her website and leave her a message why and I’m on the phone with you so needles... read more
