Black mold in the apartments. The landlord is rude. The apartments are invested with roaches. Black mucus comes out of your faucet.
RecommendedI like that someone cleans the halls and exterminators come out every other month.The only. thing I don't like it's not enough garbage cans.I would give4 stars.
Verify who is renting the your apartments
I've been renting from them for almost 7 months now. They keep up with their property but there's a few things that needs to be worked on other than that I love it.
We've been complaining about noise from the upstairs neighbors for several months and nothing has happened. We were told that they were going to be evicted but the people are still upstairs.
