Honestly the treatment my mother has received at the practice in Knightdale is the worst. She has been working with Dr. Tawfik (he's amazing), but the office staff is below par. Every week the have to reschedule or cancel her appointment which she has to be sedated for. So I have to take off work and so does she for these appointments.
