I just had my third visit with Riccobene Associates family dentistry and it was a great experience. Wonderful service and very friendly staff like Talia ,Katlyn , the hygienist ( forgot her name) and Dr.Riley.The office is clean and well-organized. I will definitely be back for my next appointment. I will be recommending them to everyone.
I would not recommend this group as I had multiple issues with the service, office, and billing. I came for a cleaning and later a few fillings, and then again for a repair on a filling provided. The cleaning provided felt lacking, I recall not being satisfied with polishing or scaling. When I came in for a cavity fills, the Novocaine shots provided initial were not enough as I had some pain and had to be provided extra more than once. Updated - 1 star, will not be returning I witnessed a deeply upsetting situation involving the manager’s treatment of a patient regarding follow-up care for a crown. After seeing this firsthand, I will absolutely not be returning to this office. I’ve read multiple reviews highlighting unprofessionalism, frustration, and poor experiences—especially concerning crowns—and now I understand why.
